Anna's practice is primarily focused on plaintiff personal injury cases, including, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers liability, and disability claims.  Anna argues motions, conducts examinations for discovery, mediations, and pre-trial conferences. Prior to being an associate, Anna articled at a personal injury law firm in Toronto, where she assisted on arbitrations, and regularly represented clients in court. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice , Small Claims Court, and the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT). Anna graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Applied Science and obtained her law degrees from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy. While in law school, Anna held volunteer positions with a number of organizations, including the Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic, and the Justice at Work Committee. Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and eating at Toronto’s many superb restaurants.

Ross Mirian is the managing lawyer at Mirian Law Firm. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario. Ross practices in the field of personal injury representing injured victims. He has handled and successfully resolved a number of serious personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries, death, brain injury, fractures, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndrome, and psychological disability. Furthermore, Ross also acts on behalf of clients with real estate transactions. Mr. Mirian takes a personal interest in all of the firm's cases to ensure the highest standards of service and excellence are consistently met. Prior to establishing Mirian Law Firm, Ross Mirian worked at a large personal injury law firm in Ontario.

Rima is a Senior Case Manager in our Personal Injury department. Rima takes pride in working with our respective clients from initial intake to when their respective matter is successfully completed. She attained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from WMU Cooley Law School, Michigan. Prior to law school, Rima received her Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and Political Science at York University. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family. Rima is conversational in Farsi/Dari. Katrin Wahba is the lead Senior Law Clerk in the Real Estate Law department at Mirian Law Firm. Katrin holds a Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario from Seneca College. Katrin has extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, residential and commercial real estate. She takes great pride in her work and has gained the trust and respect of hundreds of clients. Katrin’s professional demeanor has also fostered reputable relationships with other professionals making her an integral part of our team. In her spare time, Katrin enjoys interior design, spending time with family and friends, nature and travelling. Katrin is fluent in Arabic.

Rosaaney Pricard is a Paralegal and a Senior Case Manager in our personal injury department. She obtained her Paralegal Diploma from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning. Rosaaney has over five years experience in both accident benefits and tort law. She understands that the claims process can be a traumatic experience for clients and strongly believes in being compassionate and understanding to provide optimal service.

Kamand Khanmohammadi is a licensed paralegal and case manager in our personal injury department. She holds a Paralegal Diploma from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced learning. In assisting our firm in personal injury matters, she brings her practical knowledge and ability to communicate with our clients. She primarily assists in the area of accident benefits. Kamand prides herself with establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure that they are aware of every stage of their matter. Kamand is fluent in Farsi.

Pasquale Longo is an Articling Student at Mirian Law Firm. He graduated with his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B, Hons.) from University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He has successfully received his Certificate of Qualification for Accreditation by the National Committee of Accreditation. In assisting our firm in personal injury matters, Pasquale assists our clients from intake to case management in both accident benefit and tort matters. These include motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and long term disability denials. Pasquale prides himself on his strong oral advocacy and attention to detail to help our clients obtain results. In his spare time, Pasquale likes hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family. Pasquale is fluent in Italian.

Adam Wagman is a Partner at Howie Sacks & Henry, and works with Mirian Law Firm, P.C. as Senior Trial Counsel on select personal injury matters.
