Ross Mirian, Esq.Ross Mirian is the managing lawyer at Mirian Law Firm. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario.

Ross practices in the field of personal injury representing injured victims. He has handled and successfully resolved a number of serious personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries, death, brain injury, fractures, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndrome, and psychological disability.

Furthermore, Ross also acts on behalf of clients with real estate transactions.

Mr. Mirian takes a personal interest in all of the firm’s cases to ensure the highest standards of service and excellence are consistently met.

Prior to establishing Mirian Law Firm, Ross Mirian worked at a large personal injury law firm in Ontario.

Anna Rezaei, Barrister & Solicitor

Anna RezaeiAnna Rezaei is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Mirian Law Firm.

Anna’s practice is focused on personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, dog bites, and disability claims. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT). She is a meticulous advocate that enjoys and excels in both drafting and litigation.

Anna was called to the bar in 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to studying law, Anna obtained her Bachelors of Applied Science from Ryerson University.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and eating at Toronto’s many superb restaurants.

Kamand Khanmohammandi, Licensed Paralegal 

Kamand Khanmohammadi is a licensed paralegal and case manager in our personal injury department. She holds a Paralegal Diploma from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced learning.

In assisting our firm in personal injury matters, she brings her practical knowledge and ability to communicate with our clients. She primarily assists in the area of accident benefits.

Kamand prides herself with establishing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure that they are aware of every stage of their matter.


PASQUALE LONGO, Law Clerk

Pasquale Longo is a Law Clerk. He graduated with his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B, Hons.) from University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. He has successfully received his Certificate of Qualification for Accreditation by the National Committee of Accreditation. Pasquale completed his Articles of Clerkship at our firm.


 

Maryam Mahmoudi, Licensed Paralegal and Legal Assistant

 Maryam Mahmoudi is a distinguished First Grade (Senior) Attorney at Law and Legal Consultant in Iran, renowned for her expertise across various legal fields. She began her legal career with remarkable success, achieving the top rank in the Iranian Bar Association’s Entrance Exam and subsequently building a reputation for her creative and results-driven approach to complex legal cases.
Expanding her legal career internationally, Maryam is also a Licensed Paralegal in Ontario, Canada, bringing her vast legal knowledge to the Canadian legal system. She earned her Paralegal Diploma from Seneca College and further enhanced her qualifications with an Immigration Consultant Diploma.
In Canada, Maryam gained extensive experience in personal injury law, working as a Personal Injury Law Clerk from 2015 to 2021, where she assisted in handling accident benefits, tort claims, and litigation matters. From 2021 to 2024, she served as an Immigration Case Manager, leveraging her deep understanding of immigration law to assist clients with complex applications, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
With a strong foundation in both Iranian and Canadian law, Maryam brings a multifaceted legal perspective to her practice, offering clients comprehensive legal solutions across different jurisdictions.
